These terms govern your use of recroo, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“we”). By signing in you agree to them. If you use recroo on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you’re authorised to bind it.

recroo is a white-label recruitment toolset (CV generation, scoring, job specs, interview questions and related tools). We may change or improve features over time.

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must give accurate information and be at least 18.

• Only upload candidate data you have a lawful basis to process.
• Don't misuse the service, attempt to break limits, or resell access outside your organisation.
• Don't use the outputs to make unlawful or solely-automated decisions about individuals.

The CV Generator is free within its stated limits. Premium is a recurring subscription billed via Stripe; fees are shown at checkout and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. See our pricing.

You keep all rights in the content you upload and the documents you generate. We claim no ownership of them. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors. You’re responsible for reviewing them before use. We don’t warrant accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the [12] months before the claim. [Review with counsel.]

You may stop using recroo and delete your organisation at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
